The Project workflow is conceptually divided into three phases: executive design, testing (in Italy) and installation in Svalbard; data acquisition and management; use of data (modelling). The two final months are devoted to reporting.
The work is divided in six work-packages (WPs), with assigned leaders and participants. Every WP has its defined duration (e.g. M 1-6 for a WP active between the first and the sixth month. Every WP is divided in several Tasks (Ts), available in full detail in the project proposal.
The WPs are as follows:
- WP1: Coordination, dissemination and training
CNR-IGG: Antonello Provenzale (coordinator); all partners.
M 1-24 - WP2: Design and implementation of the monitoring infrastructure
